Delsie Phillips has been named Lynn University’s new Vice President of Enrollment Management, after having served as interim Vice President for the past four months. President Kevin Ross named Delsie to the position “based on her exceptional background and experience, and after conducting an intensive national search over many months, we determined her to be the most qualified candidate.
“Delsie made a name for herself in academic circles during her 18-year tenure as Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid at Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania and she is joining Lynn University with an outstanding track record in higher education. Before becoming Associate Director of Admission and later dean at Haverford, she was Assistant Director of Admission at Bucknell University. Most recently, Delsie has served as a senior educational manager for The College Board and as an education consultant for Barrington Communications, Phillips/Ward Associates, and The College Board. She received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Clark University and her master’s degree in student personnel services, higher education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.”
